Launched in 2020, Spotify’s RADAR program has become a game-changer for artists aiming to break through on the global stage. The 2025 lineup is a vibrant celebration of Asia’s musical diversity, featuring everything from the soulful melodies of Indonesian pop to the bold beats of Filipino hip-hop and the electrifying energy of K-pop. In Japan, where the program is known as Early Noise, artists like AKASAKI and Billyrrom are redefining the soundscape. Meanwhile, South Korea’s rookie K-pop sensation MEOVV takes center stage as RADAR Korea’s first featured act of the year.
